Privacy Policy
This Policy describes how Sentinel collects, uses and shares information while operating the bot, API and web dashboard.
Last updated: 2026-02-06
We may collect: basic Discord account info (e.g., id, name, avatar), server info (e.g., id, roles, channels), and event logs required for the protections you enable. What appears in the dashboard depends on permissions granted and features enabled.
We use data to authenticate dashboard access, apply protections (anti-spam/anti-raid/antinuke, etc.), maintain event history, generate statistics, and improve service reliability.
We do not sell your data. We may share information with essential providers (e.g., hosting, database, payments) only to operate the service, or when required by law.
We keep logs and settings for as long as needed to operate the service and provide dashboard history. You can remove the bot from the server to stop processing new events.
We apply reasonable security measures to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure.
You can request clarification about processed data and request corrections when applicable. In many cases, data is controlled by Discord (e.g., profile) and must be adjusted on that platform.
The dashboard may use cookies/local storage to maintain session and preferences (e.g., language). You can clear this data in your browser.
For privacy questions, contact us via our Discord community or official channels listed on the website.
